Cheesy garlic & Chilli Mushrooms

These make an awesome side or starter for your BBQ



4 portobello mushrooms (stalks removed)
100g Cream cheese
25ml Galloway Burger House Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 chilli (to taste; finely chopped)

1. Combine chilli sauce, cream cheese and garlic in a bowl and mix well
2. Spoon mixture into mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped chilli.
3. BBQ or Oven bake (160 degrees) for 15 mins
